We are a strategic partner working in all locations around Manitoba & Northwestern Ontario, as well as supporting customers in the United States.

Cardac is fully COR certified, and all staff are part of a rigorous safety program.

Our safety team is comprised of 4 executive office staff and a group of 15 fully certified NCSO's. They work with our field staff to maintain and update our robust safety program, including all field staff being a part of a daily interactive electronic safety form completion and incident reporting system on SiteDocs, our safety software. Cardac is proud to have one of the lowest safety incident rates in the industry.

Our administrative team ensures that each task involved in supporting a very complex organization is completed accurately and on time.

Cardac has in-house support abilities including our pre-fabrication department, which can pre-manufacture panel housings, custom mounting solutions and all manner of special installation requirements, all performed in our 38,000 sq ft manufacturing facility located at 1540 Saskatchewan Ave in Winnipeg Manitoba. Our team of auto CAD trained drafting people support our projects by preparing and updating drawings, and our documentation team prepares O&M's and other related project documents.

While this process can vary depending on the nature of the service and scope of work, the following is the basis for the process.

  1. The customer is contacted to acknowledge the receipt of the purchase order.
  2. The purchase order is compared to the sales estimate to ensure accuracy of the customer’s name, service delivery address, materials required and price.
  3. The Purchase Order is entered into our system and a Work Order is generated.
  4. The Work Order is sent to the Operations Manager so the work can be entered into the queue.
  5. Any materials required are ordered and timelines for the delivery are received.
  6. Labour only work order:
    1. If the work is for labor only, a technician is assigned, and the work is entered into the schedule.
    2. The customer is notified of the scheduled date.
    3. The technician arrives on the scheduled date and the service is executed.
  7. Labour and Materials:
    1. For service including parts, the Operations Manager sets a date in the schedule based on the ETA of the parts.
    2. The customer is notified of the scheduled date.
    3. The Operations Manager confirms all of the parts are in stock and confirms the scheduled date.
  8. The Service Delivery is executed.
  9. As the project nears completion, the Operations Manager prepares for the project closeout.
